January 2, 2012 -- Day 1:
Today I will go for a run, do a 15 minute floor workout, and eat healthfully.
I will also organize my diet and fitness goals and be prepared to launch into full throttle resolution mode tomorrow.
So after looking at my daily calories burned (including a 30 minute jog = 2134 kcal), it looks like a calorie restricted diet of 1800 kcal will (over time) result in slow (but sustainable!) weight-loss.
My plan with regards to weight-loss is: - 210 minutes of physical activity every week (averages to 30 minutes a day) - 1800 kcal per day - 2 pints of water per day
