Wii fit is awesome! I have been doing it off and on all day for about 5 days now and already lost 3 pounds! Yes! go me go me!!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

720 kcal Fat: 10.89g | Prot: 56.50g | Carb: 96.33g.   Breakfast: lite cranberry juice, oatmeal. Lunch: diet coke, turkey slices, pepperoncini, black olives, tomato, cucumber, spinach, lettuce. Dinner: coke zero, turkey, pineapple chunks, pico de gallo, fat free ranch, spring mix salad, onion, tomato, brown rice. more...
losing 10.5 lb a week
