I did okay except for christmas eve and christmas day, where I consumed mass quantities of very high calorie foods. This is why I only lost .4 pounds this week.
200.2 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
