this has been a bad few weeks on me, we are remodoling our kitchen so at the moment we do not have a stove or a sink. i have been eating out alot and only have my self to blame for the unheathy choices i made. starting today no more excuses.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry to hear that :( Hey things come up every now and then and it is so hard to follow your diet when you have to eat out everyday. But at least you're back on track and that's what counts. How long before the remodeling is over with? Try do add more exercise if you can to compensate(at least a little) for all the extra calories you're eating. Keep it up! It's life shit happens :-)

yeah well the remodoling has to be done feb 13. as for the extra workout i am helping with the remodeling hopefully that counts a bit. other then that i have been working extra hours too so i have been missing my normal workouts. Thanks for the support btw!
