229.1 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 52.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lumayan terakhir makan jam 10 malam kemarin baru makan lagi tadi jam 8 malem itu juga karena inget jadi puasa 22 jam ga makan, minum mungkin 4 literan rasa lapar ga meronta2 kalo biasanya nih udah ngelahap apa aja dah apa lagi kalo malem gini banyak makanan ada nasi uduk, ketupat sayur, pecel ayam, mie ayam favorit, siomay, sate, makan sate aja bisa nasi sama bumbu kacangnya duluan baru ronde ke 3 sama satenya hahahaha ga heran badan buntel ( kok jadi curcol)
