Changed scales from the usual scale at Johnson to the scale at Dad's house. But!!! Going off this scale, I have reached my goal!! 160lbs!!!! :D :D :D
160.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
