this must be water weight 5 lbs in 1 day. I need to start eating bkfst.rather than a power shake. get up and exercise in the am before sun gets hot.
154.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
