right now I am 362. I started walking two weeks ago "treadmill" the first day 15 min now I am at 40 min. I have cut soda completely and all sweet drinks along with all other sweets. I eat lots of veggie & fruits. My key is to always have prepared food in the frig. I cooked cabbage, green bean with potato, kale"put 1/2 in freezer". sweet potato, baked 3 pieces of Chicken and 1ib, ground turkey with onion & peppers in patties. I ate this mix & match for lunch & dinner. I love this: a tortilla"biggest one ground turkey patties cut in pieces to cover the tortilla plenty tomatoes pieces an plenty spinach it makes the best wrap for lunch.For breakfast I have a boiled egg and oatmeal this week. My goal is to be at 299 for Christmas. Today I will be adding squash cooked with onion and sauerkraut with turkey smoke sausage.

I have Ezekiel bread and butter every morning with my coffee. I also put butter in the coffee. Then wheatgrass juice every day. I'm up to about 4 ounces sometimes twice daily. Then for lunch it's either juice or a smoothie. With coconut oil that smoothie is about 1300 calories. After that I eat some sort of meat in the evening. Just try and keep the calories net negative every day. And of c o use I cheat from time to time but don't feel guilty!
