Well, I'll give an update on my life (as it does come with stress that can effect my weight loss).

My 4 year anniversary was on Friday (Dec. 16) yay!
Unfortunately, I got fired from my job the same day. YAY. :/
Broke my toe before I got fired. BIGGER YAY.



So, really having a sucky few days.
305.4 lb Lost so far: 35.6 lb.    Still to go: 85.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 19 December 2011:
1143 kcal Fat: 34.83g | Prot: 81.88g | Carb: 127.06g.   Breakfast: hunt's ketchup, shredded cheddar cheese, Toasted White Bread, onion, Egg Beaters. Lunch: subway apples, subway light mayo, subway 6" chicken breast. Dinner: shredded sharp cheddar cheese, onion, boneless skinless chicken breast, lettuce, Fat Free Thousand Island, croutons. Snacks/Other: sugar free popsicle, sargento string cheese light, Snyder's of Hanover Pretzel Mini. more...

Yeah. I could have honestly handled this better any other time but before Christmas really puts me in a horrible bind. :(

Stay encouraged during this time. I know it is hard but thank God for what you do have. You have a wonderful relationship and even better a healthier YOU! I will keep you in my prayers. Hope the toe is ok.
