Slept well,up at 7:30 am. Med's taken with water. Left for TOPS at 8:14. Gained .5 lbs. came home after meeting.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
