8:17 pm here in Southern California .. Ånd for the First time in almost 8 months I broke my own policy.. No eating past 6 pm. Ate two small slices of pizza .. Don't feel bad that I ate pizza .. But usually when I do eat pizza it's around noon .. That way I have enough time to burn all the Calories needed to keep going.. So anyways .. This is my current weight after eating those two slices.. Didn't get the chance to Check in the morning .. But glad I just did .. Means I lost a little more ounces.. Getting closer to my ultimate goal..
