Starting to Jog about 15-20% of my walks, definitely helping with burning calories, need to step up weights only lift 2 times a week. Thinking I'll do a upper one day/rest next/ lower 3rd day / rest 4th / full body on 5th(Friday) and rest on sat/sun :)
