I am happy I am down 10lbs. I would have liked to lose more weight but I think I was eating too less. Most days I ate only 800 calories and I worked out an hour a day. I will up my carbs from 20 to about 65 which is what I have had the best experience with losing weight, I need to consume atleast 1000 daily. I also need to start tracking everything I eat so that if don't fall behind nutrition wise, keep on going everyone!
