Well it looks like I am on my "weigh" down again so that is nice. Had a better day calorie wise but having a very bad flare up today so am going to try avoiding flour today and see if that is also a problem. Didn't have tomato or peppers so it can't be those but did have Greek dessert out on a date with hubby. Anyway, can hardly bare to stand and can hardly get up or down the stairs.....so frustrating as I was doing so well with the stairs most days since my operation. Have had some flare ups in there too. Well that is fibromyalgia for you....but I am hoping the flare ups can be controlled much better if I can just figure out more stuff that flares me up. Didn't get good deep sleep.....that also has a baring.....daughter done her finals as of today....that is a relief for us all:)!!
328.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 163.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

PS. I also changed my goal weight because I think the one I had set was from college and too low a target.
