scale is all over the place this morning. 179 to 185. i'm happy with my management of thanksgiving. before the party last night, i was even under. at the party, i avoided the sweets.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
