Feeling thinner in my clothes. I am overjoyed that I am losing weight at this time of year. Usually fall is a a weight gain period for me. Avoiding carbs has really helped me manage my hunger. The rules of my "diet." Eat meat. Eat veggies. Eat fruit. Avoid or eat small amount of anything else.
181.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's what I try to do to. I'm focusing on lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. If I have anything else it's a small amount. Great job!
