This past week I really made a solid effort, though things interrupted my walking routine. Also, our special anniversary dinner (including wine!) on Friday didn't help matters (calorie-wise, of course! ;) ).

Also, I had a problem recording things I didn't make, and therefore was unsure exactly what was in them. I have done better at this in the past, and will again.

As I start the new week, I am going to try to be especially mindful of drinking water and keeping up the exercise. It is not _much_ that I do, but consistency has been the key so far.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
