Arrived home from Dallas weighing less than when I departed. That's major victory. Travel is usually tough on my weight loss program. I really need to get 30 min of excercise daily to tone up.
182.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
