Okay, I'm glad to be back at a lower weight. More weightloss to come, I hope.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1620 kcal Fat: 69.31g | Prot: 49.99g | Carb: 199.79g.   Breakfast: Lieber's Hot Cereal, Orange Juice, Green Tea, Applesauce Unsweetened, Toasted Cinnamon Bread. Lunch: Potato French Fries, Turkey Burger, Unsweetened Iced Tea. Dinner: Cranberry Juice, Hashed Brown Potatoes, Village Inn 2 Egg Cheese Omelette. Snacks/Other: Dove Silky Smooth Dark Chocolate Promises, Hash Brown (from Frozen), Coffee with Sugar, Popcornopolis Zebra Chocolate Popcorn. more...
