Disappointing. ut then again I did lose a lot of weight very fast, so maybe I can think of this as if I just had a slower loss than I did. I'll do better today.
The only factors I can think of is that I didn't drink nearly enough water and that I tried a handful of kettle cooked chips from a new flavor. The sodium and lakc of water probably didn't help. So it's probably water retention. I can't imagine that some chips actually made up for like 600 calorie deficit (after doing the math of adding the chips in)
