So I feel like I have hit rock bottom, or the top weight I am willing to allow myself to get to. Ran on the treadmill last night...tried to get a somewhat healthier lunch together. Busy work schedule is certainly no help. Stress eating, not enough sleep, or time for exercise. Here's to April being my month of getting back on track!
