Had a pretty good week, went back to basics. Eating lots of meat, fat, and green veggies. Cut back on nuts. Came up short on my water a couple of days but overall feeling pretty good. My next short term goal is to get into "Onederland" by my niece's graduation from UNC on Mother's Day, when I will see my mom, siblings, spouses, and aunts for the first time since starting this journey. My mom knows I have lost some weight but she doesn't know how much. Nine pounds to go by May 8th (about 5 weeks). Wish me luck!
