IT'S OFFICIAL!!! I'm no longer FAT. My body fat is 21% and my BMI is in the GREEN range :) Now just 10 more pounds and I'll be fit and trim again :)
174.5 lb Lost so far: 38.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
