I guess weighing yourself at night and weighing yourself in the morning can be quite a difference. A difference of 1.5kg. Daaaaaaaang!!! Most likely the weight I've shed are water weight so I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed that by the end of week, I'll manage to keep it down to 73kg. Unrealistic but at least it motivates me to keep it down and watch what I put into my mouth. I know that I will see a significant drop in the first couple of weeks and after that my weight will remain stagnant. I'll continue to tell myself to persevere.
