Well, I knew this was going to happen, but I weighed in anyway - just to be honest....was on a mini-vaca back home for the last week, lots (LOTS) of beverages and terrible eating - it was inevitable, I paid no attention to what I was putting into my body. Back home and now back on track - Would really like to lose weight before my wedding, October 15, 2016 but if I keep going the way I am it is not going to happen!
216.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.0 lb a week

You might want to research a good nutrition plan you can stick with if you hope to lose weight. Low Carb High Fat works for me and many other people here. I am not advertising but a great website to learn more is: www.dietdoctor.com

I have found MyFitnessPal.com worked great for me and still does. You can do this. write down everything you eat including what you drink. If you are going out to dinner, research the restaurant online and see what they have to offer. Find out the nutritional values and you would be surprised at the calories, sodium, carbs, etc. You can make this journey work for you and lose the weight that you want to lose before your wedding. I have faith in you.
