No gym. But went down a little. Still depressed that I can't get below the mystical 160. I've been around that number for 2 months now. Any suggestions?

Are you exercising enough? If you dont have a routine, start off small, like walks after dinner, or early in the morning. As a single mother of two teen boys, and working a full time job, it was hard for me to think about finding the time for me and my fitness. I started off by walking every night after dinner, then my walks got longer and longer. Now I joined a gym and loving it, because I learned to find the time, and worked it into my scedule.
