Poor choices over the weekend and an unexpected date night last night = I knew the scale would be going the other direction. Probably should not have weighed in this morning because I knew it would be up. Feeling the bloat today! However I am not regretting a thing! Just suffering the consequences. Back on the wagon and going to stay on for the rest of the week and weekend! For those who are following my journey, soon to be hubby is still smoke-free - 1 week 2 days and counting. He is doing very well, said he has a few cravings but he is really surprised how few he is having.
On-wards and "down-wards" (as apposed to upwards).
214.0 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
