I've used the new elliptical three times now. I made it to the Y eight times last month. And, I worked out at the U a few times, too. I've also been out skiing twice. So, I feel like like I'm keeping active.

If only I didn't eat baked sweet things.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
