Last night I weighed in after the first week and lost 7 lbs. I knew I lost some because I could just feel the difference, but was very happy to see it was 7 lbs. I'm still trying to figure out exactly what regimen I'm following because I've been watching low carbs and low calories. This week's challenge: 90 minutes of exercise or more! Now that I know I can lose some pounds by just changing how I eat, I'm going to work on exercising at least 3-4 days a week and see how it works together.
