I've not been very successful handling the Holiday eating.
264.5 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 127.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 December 2009:
2868 kcal Fat: 110.82g | Prot: 83.54g | Carb: 407.51g.   Breakfast: english muffin whole wheat thomas, canadian bacon, coffee, non dairy creamer, thomas muffins, splenda, provolone cheese. Lunch: coke, fettucini alfredo smart ones. Dinner: sweet tea, turkey panini. Snacks/Other: mini peanut butter cups, mini snickers, twix, baked cheetos, all bran garlic herb cracker. more...
gaining 1.3 lb a week
