Starting back on getting fit! After my vacation and all the holidays following, it has been incredibly hard for me to focus and stay in shape. I am going to resolve to eat better, track my meals and my workouts, and improve my overall lifestyle.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
