My weight is fluctuating wildly. This has to be due to water retention. I'm going to continue to be active and eat as well as I'm able, but the scale is not my buddy.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That happens to me all the time (wild weight fluctuations) and I attribute it to water retention and food retention. You should be able to bring it back down in one or two days. Hang in there Greendreams.
