About to break fast. Went for 33 hours. Actually wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Yayyyy IF and yayyyy progress!!!!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
