First day on Fitbit. Got in all steps + 5000... did my workout. Starting to feel better. Drank 4 litres waters... minimal calories. Apple for B fast, IP Brocolli soup & Brocolli for lunch. Taco salad with 1/2 cup beef & 1/4 cup cheese for dinner... only snack celery & carrot so 90% food was only fruit and veg. Low cal. Wasn't hungry - no cravings. Good day - got rid of the holiday bloat. Goal is to fit into shorts by Bahama's... 140 (?) 18 lbs in 2.5 months. pretty ambitious.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
