Getting Frustrated. This is week one on WW - Lost 1.3lbs. I know it's a loss but was hoping for more. Stuck to it except for last nightbut had 11 weekly points remaining. Didn't eat all daily points on 3 days...(18)(25)(20). Worked out 4 x - Thurs weight class, Fri Spin, Sat Metx & Yoga, Monday circuit - and still only 1.3lbs.. not sure this is going to get me my 20 lbs. I will focus more this week on
1) eat daily points while still eating clean
2) Leave the weekly points alone
3) Workout 4-5 times per week

I can't do much more than that. I am devoted to doing this for the full 3 months. If I can't lose in 3 months than I'm not sure what else to do. At least I gave it a valiant effort.
158.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
