Hopped on the elliptical today--I've got to get some exercise! Exhausted after 2 1/2 minutes, but stayed on for 20 minutes total. Some of it was pretty slow, but at least it happened.
150.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
