New lifestile, new account. Hopefully I'll be more active and achieve my goal weight by the 20th of December, when I'll be back to my hometown and have a beutiful girls-night-out, with my high-school buddies.

Keeping that in mind (and willing to look as amazing as possible when I met all my friends this Christmas) the task should be way easier, don't you think?

That's my goal too. I want to fit into a really cute Xmas dress for the holidays. Maybe we can keep each other motivated. Good luck!

Totally! It's always better to go through it with someone that's sharing your goal!

Factz. If I can just lay off the carbs I think I should be ok. But everything is so good within the carb world lol

Oh, no need to say it, carb-land is full of charming food allways calling our names! Fortunately some vegan diets are high in complex-carbs but still allow you to loose weight. (I could live without lots of things, but take my rice/nuts/noodles/beans/whole bread from me and I'll go from beauty to beast in the blink of an eye!)

The closest I have ever come to no carbs is being a pescatarian for like 3mths and one day of chicken and poof carbs were added big time. It's kewl I'm hoping to loose enough weight by Xmas. Let's see how it goes. Btw I'm doing the waist trainer too and omg I feel naked without it on sometimes.

Does it work? I haven't even considered it because the first time I heard it existed was on an article about its dangers (don't know if it was scientifically backed or not) so I got kind of discouraged. About cutting carbs, go easy on yourself; just try to avoid them at dinner and make sure you're eating lots of protein!

It works for me. I'm a big girl and feeling the pressure doesn't allow me to eat as much. It's better than surgery or a gastro bypass in my opinion. Those surgeries are like super last resort. If I can just stick to working out as much as I'm committed in wearing this I should be good. Imma try to upload my Xmas dress so you see what I'm talking about. But ultimately the waist trainer is not for everyone and I don't recommend it for anyone. It's a personal choice.

I'm glad to hear it works for you , anyway! There's no doubt it's way better than surgery! I'd love to see that dress! They could turn out to be the best motivation, I do have two on mind too and one of them is a HUGE reason to lose the weight I want to, because it's skin-tight and (though my body looks in general quite lean) it makes obvious that my thighs are not exactly skinny (they seem to stay all big no matter what I do, and it's really annoying), so I'm trying to focus on loosing fat and training my legs a lot.

Girl my thighs are huge so I know the feeling. It's late now but I'll upload the pic soon. Let's just keep focus on the workout and we should be good

Seems like we're on the same boat for that too!
