I know RDI is just an estimate, but I wonder if mine is secretly 100 calories lower than is suggested for me. I had a drink last night that was 10 oz, thought fat secret thought that one serving was 16. I put in their serving just for an over estimate, and I was still under my budget but didn't lose weight. obviously there could be many factors for this but its not the first time. Ah well, I'm just shooting out ideas. I had a great dinner yesterday though, very fresh and yummy tasting kale and cheese quesadillas from a Blue Apron recipe.

Fatsecret's calorie calculator is awful, it's way, way, way too high. If you want to get an accurate idea of how many calories you need to lose weight then you should calculate your BMR. Here's a link: http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/ If I were to go by Fatsecret's calculator then I should be eating like 2,800 calories a day, which is insane! If I ate like that I'd be gaining like crazy.
