Went to harvester, had a pork roll and black forest gateaux. Fair enough. Obviously feeling happyish at the mo or that would have been a big disaster.

188.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
