Well, I just moved to Northern Virginia. I knew I had been gaining weight, so I joined an all women's gym. I had my first session with my trainer yesterday. I weighed 192 with body fat of 38.7%. I'm so disappointed in myself. I am going to stick with it this time!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
