Tony, stop being so hard on yourself! The amount you gained has gone down from your last weigh-in so you are improving! It can take awhile to figure out how much exercise and how much you can eat and then it takes more time for your body to adjust to all the changes. Try and be more positive and accept that it took you time to gain the weight and it is going to take probably more time to lose it! Don't give up...work harder! :D
