So.........I did alright over the weekend. Not perfect. But I would say I did well with my porportions - just did have an extra piece of frybread Saturday night, but oh well. I did gain a bit...not sure if I'll hit my 2 lb/week goal tomorrow, but I just gotta keep going. I will be super good today. I think I'm getting a cold, so not sure if I'll go to the gym, may just want to rest up so I don't get any sicker :(. I talk on the phone for 8-9 hrs a day for a living, and it is not fun for me or my customers when I have no voice :(.

I just gotta make sure to not get down on myself too much tomorrow if I don't meet my goal. This weekend was a success. On the way back to my parents we ate at Applebee's: I had a 550 cal dinner, no pop; out to dinner Friday night: no pop, salad instead of a side of fries; minimal snacking; no pop overall all weekend long; and did pretty well with my porportions.
179.4 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
