Diet went good. I did get hungry
Around 8:30 last night. Ate a bag
Of kettle corn popcorn and still
Wanted more. At 9:30 I went to
Bed as I was hungry
144.8 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
