Having signed up for Fat Secret in Sept or October, i have dilly dallied around and not followed ANY diets. Subsequently on 5 November, I failed to get the job I was going for and was very upset. I had actually gained weight in that period, going up to 309, which I recorded. After reading a bit about celiac disease and the effects of wheat/gluten on the body, I decided to return to my food plan from "Food Addiction: The body knows" and have been fairly diligent about following it. That all started 11/11/09 I have finally started to add some exercise to the whole mix as well, despite a pain in my right foot. So to date I have lost 7 lbs so far. It is difficult in that one must really read every label to avoid the sugars, wheat/gluten etc that is in our foods. HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP is everywhere!!! Dextrose, is in more stuff than you can think, and we bread EVERYTHING it seems in the United states. So for me it is about being diligent and checking everything, and making the time to eat when Im supposed to. We are on our way!!
309.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
