Drank a milkshake after dinner
Then just before bed I had 8
Pieces of watermelon. So did well
On diet up until last night 😁😁😁😁
148.0 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
