I totally over did the food yesterday. To start, I went out for breakfast with some friends at a place serving an all you can eat style meal. I consumed most of my days worth of food right there, though I ate about the same amount as everyone else.

Then, I ate too much at dinner. It was so yummy I went back for seconds.

Then, I had cookies and milk.

On the positive side, I went for a walk.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
