WOOT! Although I didn't record yesterday, I weighed to see how I did during the hurricane weekend, and was from last recorded weight to 169.8...down a pound today! I was sure the white bread, buns, and potato chips were going to really screw things up. I have heard that carbing up from time to time may actually jump-start things. Maybe it's true!

congrats! Wish I could report the same. I did weigh today, and i'm up .6 of a pound. But that should be gone by the end of the week. And my status bar stayed green instead of flipping back to yellow, so I'm not too distressed about it.

That's good Icy (as far as not being too distressed)...you've had too many things that you have been stressed about in the past couple of weeks. I'm sure you'll be back down soon. And hell, .6 of a pound is not bad at all!
