worked hard on exercise since last time on the scales...10000 steps nearly every day and sensible eating mostly...feel I've earned the drop
159.8 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1724 kcal Fat: 49.91g | Prot: 61.88g | Carb: 247.08g.   Breakfast: Flora Light, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Grapes, 2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Tesco Swiss Style Muesli, Toasted White Bread. Lunch: Lamb Roast (Lean Only Eaten), Cucumber (with Peel), Cherry Tomatoes, Mayonnaise (Low Calorie), Tesco Fusilli, Bananas. Dinner: Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Coquette Bauerntopf, Low Fat Greek Yoghurt, Red and White Currants, Blueberries. Snacks/Other: Tower Gate Oaties, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Grapes, Marshmallows, Clementines, Jordans Frusli. more...

Hey what does calories burned mean? I burnt more than consumed, kinda confused :/ I exercised HIIT for half an hour that's only 265 kcal, it shows about 2000 that I burnt
