Booo....I had a feeling I'd be up today. Not sure if it was the dipping sauce & pita chips or dinner last night...maybe the combination....but no loss today. Now I have to do it all over again 😯 The good news is I'm sticking with the walking and toning excercise. Not sure I see a difference yet but hopefully it's coming! 2 days and we'll be at the beach 🌞 Yay 👙😎 Walking should continue to be easy....I'll have to try to fit the toning exercises in at least some days!
