Yesterday my wife and daughter and I got started early and went to the farmer's market, then a Growing Kids Sale, like a huge thrift sale, and then hiking. It was a tiring, but fun day.
190.6 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
